14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchased a ToolBox Pro subscription and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. To request a refund:
- Find your purchase receipt email from Dodo Payments (sent at the time of purchase).
- Contact us at support@toolbox-kit.com with your payment details.
- We will process the refund through Dodo Payments.
If you run into any issues, contact us directly at support@toolbox-kit.com. We handle all refund requests promptly.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine issue, reach out and we'll do our best to help. You can always cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges - your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation vs refund
These are two different things:
- Cancellation stops future billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period (month or year).
- Refund returns your most recent payment. Pro access is revoked once the refund is processed.

Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. Dodo Payments handles the refund processing - we do not have access to your payment details.
