Use of Tools

All tools on ToolBox are available for personal and commercial use. You may use the output of any tool for any lawful purpose without attribution. Free-tier tools are available at no cost with reasonable usage limits. Pro subscriptions unlock additional features such as ad-free usage, batch processing, higher file size limits, and API access.

No Warranty

All tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our tools will produce error-free results. You are responsible for verifying the output before using it in production or critical applications.

Limitation of Liability

ToolBox and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, system failures, or any other issues that may arise.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of ToolBox are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the website code without permission. The output generated by our tools belongs to you.

Paid Subscriptions

ToolBox offers optional paid Pro subscriptions. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Dodo Payments handles all billing, payment processing, and invoicing on our behalf.

By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to Dodo Payments' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) starting from the date of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will retain Pro access until then.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Local AI Tools

Certain Pro tools (AI Chat, AI Code Explainer, AI Text Summarizer) download and run AI model weights directly in your browser using WebGPU. These model files are sourced from publicly available open-weight models and are cached locally by your browser.

AI-generated output from these tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or crawl the website in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Bypass any usage limits or access restrictions

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ToolBoxafter changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
