You can upload PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP, and SVG images. The cropped output can be downloaded as PNG (lossless) or JPEG (smaller file size with adjustable quality).

The tool includes presets for 1:1 (square/Instagram), 16:9 (widescreen/YouTube), 4:3 (standard), 3:2 (photography), 9:16 (portrait/stories), and free-form (any ratio). You can also enter a custom ratio.

There's no strict limit since all processing happens in your browser. Very large images (20MP+) may be slower on older devices but will still work. The tool doesn't upload your images to any server.

Cropping itself doesn't reduce quality - it simply selects a portion of the original pixels. When downloading as PNG, quality is lossless. When downloading as JPEG, you can adjust the quality slider to balance file size and visual quality.
